What was the highlight of L'Fisher Hotel Bacolod
It’s an ok place. I’ve stayed here before and will do so again. But it needs an upgrade.
Location is excellent. Close to many of what we came for, close to many shops, cabs, transport. Staff i.e. at the restaurant, pool, house keeping, friendly, caring, helpful, attentive.
Front desk not attentive, lacks customer relations, and skills. Often not informed. Rooms are old, need a face lift.

What was the highlight of L'Fisher Hotel Bacolod
Pleasant
It is a large hotel in town so does have more amenities onsite. They also in the end helped me score access to the MassKara festival and that was main point of visiting.
Long lines if you need to ask questions. WiFi is poor, rooms are dated for the price, and the staff could never give me a consistent answer to questions or other tips. Customer service could be considered lacking from international standpoint but locals may take these nuances as normal. The pool bar restaurant they let me sit for 30 minutes and I had to go up and ask them if I could order. Skip the food here and go outside for something more tasty.

Good location… near restaurants
No 24 hr room service.. AC in the lobby is not sufficiently cold amd comfortable.. bed and pillow not comfortable..you cant bring outside food without paying corkage

Overall is good. Only the room we stayed in isn't nice. The room smells sweat when we come in.
I like the food and the ambient.
The room floor carpet needs to be updated. It's old and smells bad. Walls need to be repainted.
